We are a direct manufacturer (with integrated capabilities in R&D, assembly, commissioning, and after-sales service).

(If you need factory audit documents—such as a business license, bank account opening permit, or CE system certification—please contact our technical department to request the latest scanned copies.)

We also welcome visits to our factory and offer on-site machine trials and sample testing by appointment: We can run the entire process using your actual materials to verify dispensing stability, mixing accuracy, and cycle time.

2Products and Applications
A

Accuracy depends on the adhesive properties and the mixing configuration (pump type, metering method, pipeline damping, temperature control, degassing/filtration, etc.).

For standard two-component systems, we typically include mixing ratio tolerance and dispensing repeatability in the technical proposal and factory test reports;

we also install weighing verification points at critical locations.

Long-term stability is primarily ensured through: the selection of wear-resistant materials, a valve design that is easy to maintain, a scheduled maintenance schedule, and the standardization of consumables (seals, filter elements, mixing hoses, etc.).

A

Yes. Common integration methods include:

*I/O synchronization / PLC communication (Modbus, etc., as specified by the project)

*Three-axis/multi-axis motion platform integration

*In-line roller conveyor / double-speed chain loading/unloading stations

*Vision-guided dispensing (optional based on requirements)

We recommend providing a rough sketch of the production line layout and cycle time requirements during the quote request stage to ensure a complete solution is developed in one go.

A

AB cartridge ratios include 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1, with capacities ranging from 14 to 1,500 ml, and are compatible with epoxy, acrylic, and polyurethane adhesives.

Dispensing syringes: Capacities range from 3 cc to 1,000 cc. Models include transparent syringes for general fluids, amber (brown) syringes for UV adhesives (which block wavelengths of 280–390 nm), and black syringes for light-curing adhesives, which provide UV protection.

A

Yes. Two-component AB adhesives (epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, etc.) are one of our most common applications; we also handle: single-component silicone, thermal grease, UV adhesives, hot melt adhesives, lubricating greases, stone panel adhesives, sealants, and more.

The key parameters that determine compatibility are typically:

*Viscosity range & thixotropy

*Whether heating or degassing is required

*Filler particle size (for wear-resistant design)

*Curing characteristics (room temperature, heat-curing, or moisture-curing)

Just provide us with this information, and well design a pump housing, valve assembly, and tubing solution tailored to your operating conditions.

3Product Selection and Quotes
A

For small-batch manual operations, choose a manual dispensing gun;

For medium-volume production, choose pneumatic dispensing equipment;

For high-precision, automated production lines, pair a fully automatic dispensing machine with a pressurized dispensing tank.

Make your selection based on a comprehensive evaluation of the adhesive type, dispensing accuracy, and production capacity requirements.

A

Select the capacity based on the amount of adhesive needed.

Standard applications typically use 3 cc to 30 cc, while high-volume operations require 100 cc or more.

For photosensitive adhesives and UV adhesives, prioritize black, light-blocking syringes; for regular adhesives, transparent syringes are suitable.

A

For standard low- to medium-viscosity adhesives:

Choose the static A/B/C/E series; for high-viscosity, highly filled adhesives,

Choose the dynamic MR series; for low-flow-rate, precision dispensing applications, choose the F/S precision series.

A

You can purchase by module (filling units, valve bodies, feeding systems, electrical control cabinets); however, to ensure compatibility, we recommend going through our complete commissioning → factory acceptance testing process.

The minimum order quantity for standard products is typically one unit; for custom sheet metal and non-standard fixtures, lead times and costs will be evaluated on a project-by-project basis.

A

Please compile the following information and send it to the sales team (text + photos of the adhesive labels + product photos are preferred):

*Adhesive information: Single-component or two-component? Brand and model? Viscosity? Does it contain particles?

*Process requirements: Adhesive dispensing weight/volume per cycle, cycle time (UPH), and whether line marking, filling, or sealing is required?

*Workpiece Dimensions & Precision: Maximum length, width, and height; tolerance requirements; positioning method

*Environment/Integration: Is a heated dispensing tank, vacuum degassing, dust removal, curing oven, or robot required?

Upon receipt, we typically provide a preliminary proposal and price range within 12 business days; complex production lines may require 57 business days.

4Delivery After-Sales Service
A

A recommended spare parts list (O-rings, filter cartridges, mixing tubes/static mixers, needles/nozzles, valve maintenance kits, etc.) is included with each shipment.

To avoid downtime, we recommend keeping records of regular maintenance in accordance with the replacement schedule we provide; you may also sign an annual maintenance contract to secure priority service.

A

By default, we provide a factory FAT (Factory Acceptance Test); video acceptance, along with instructional videos, detailed manuals, electrical diagrams, and other documentation.

If on-site installation, commissioning, or training is required, this can be specified in the contract (travel expenses will be charged according to regional standards).

Warranty: The warranty for the entire unit is generally two years. Life-long maintenance services and technical support. Warranty on core parts ranges from three to five years. (effective from the date of acceptance and signature; consumables, damage caused by human error, and corrosion due to adhesives are not covered).

After-sales response: Within 24 hours of receiving a fault report, we will first conduct a remote video troubleshooting session and provide remote video guidance on how to adjust the equipment.

If a part replacement is indeed necessary, we will arrange for express delivery within 1–3 business days.

A

For standard products, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces, with in-stock items shipped within 13 days;

We have our own mold shop and can customize non-standard products such as mixing tubes, adhesive cartridges, needles, and dispensing valves.

The complete process for custom-made, non-standard products is as follows:

1. Contact sale service to confirm the product, specifications, quantity, and shipping method;

2. Create a pre-production sample and have both parties verify it;

3. The factory calculates and provides a quote;

4. Place an order on the platform and complete payment;

5. Arrange mass production after the sample is approved;

6. Arrange shipment after the products pass inspection;

7. The customer receives the goods, verifies they are in order, and the transaction is complete.

A

Yes, we offer repackaging services for volumes ranging from 50 to 1,000 ml, for both single- and two-component adhesives.

We can also provide labeling, packaging, and fulfillment services.

A

Common troubleshooting steps:

*Check if the adhesive has expired, separated, or settled (especially for epoxy or polyurethane adhesives with high filler content)

*Is the material tank running low or has air entered it? Check the refilling, venting, and vacuum degassing processes

*Are there curing residues blocking the lines? Cleaning procedures & shutdown pressure-holding specifications

*Is there trace cross-contamination due to worn seals? Replace maintenance kits according to schedule

We recommend sending a video of the dispensing process along with your most recent weighing records via WHATSAPP or email to our technical support team; we can quickly diagnose the issue remotely.

A

First, please send us the TDS (Technical Data Sheet) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for the new adhesive.

Pay close attention to the following: viscosity, density, mixing ratio, curing speed, abrasiveness, and whether air/moisture barrier properties are required.

In most cases, the machine can be adapted by adjusting the metering pump settings, changing the valve seal material, or modifying the mixing hose specifications.

Under extreme operating conditions, minor modifications may be necessary; we will provide an assessment and a cost estimate.
