Product Overview
The WEFILL-AB-F004-490-50 is a compact, semi-automatic filling and capping system built specifically for 10:1 dual-component (2K) cartridges. It supports both 50ml and 490ml volumes in a single machine, with a quick-change fixture that minimizes downtime between batch runs. Designed for manufacturers handling epoxies, PU, silicones, or acrylic adhesives, it delivers bubble-free, precision filling across a wide viscosity range–from watery liquids to heavy pastes. The result: less material waste, consistent cartridge weight, and higher production efficiency.
How It Works
The system uses a dual-feed approach to handle different material types:
For high-viscosity pastes: A 20L pressure plate directly pushes material from its container into the feed pump.
For low-viscosity liquids: A 30L vacuum pressure tank supplies material to the metering pump, while removing trapped air to prevent bubbles.
A servo motor drives the feed pump, maintaining consistent pressure, while a precision gear metering pump – controlled by a Siemens PLC and HMI – ensures the A and B components are mixed at the exact 10:1 ratio. The material is then injected into the cartridge through an automatic clamping system.

Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance
Check the hydraulic station, electric control box, etc., for wire and the main power supply, and ground the ground wire.Connect the cylinder's side quick plug properly during heating.
The power indicator is on. (Run the motor after connecting or restarting.) Planets revolve clockwise.
During testing, inject 60L of hydraulic oil (or 25# for winter use) into the oil tank. After the oil pump operates for 2 minutes, turn on the pressure switch, set the overflow valve to 5 Mpa, and push a few times to remove air.
After replacing hydraulic components and seals, release the overflow valve to zero pressure and adjust the hydraulic pressure according to the debugging steps to prevent injuring the hydraulic hose or parts!
Replace the clean lubricating grease in each component and cleaning regularly.
Clean the double mixer. Clean the agitator's material-contact area after each use, or replace users clean to standard.
