Single-Component Adhesive Filling Machine
This video demonstrates our single-component adhesive filling machine in action. Designed for both flowable liquids and high-viscosity pastes, the system accepts adhesive poured directly into the stainless steel tank, or fed via a pressure plate for thicker materials. Compressed air delivers the adhesive to the dispensing syringe, where the quantitative system ensures accurate filling for every tube. The process uses a small-mouth inlet — plug first, then fill. With HMI controls, operators can easily adjust parameters to suit different adhesives, including UV glue, epoxy, silicone, thermal gel, silver glue, silicone grease, resin, lubricant, and PU glue.
