Product Overview

This machine is specially designed for filling and sealing pre-made pouches of industrial lubricating grease, adhesives, and other high-viscosity materials. Filling, sealing, and cutting fixtures can be custom-built to suit various pouch types, including stand-up pouches, spouted pouches, laminated film pouches, four-side seal, three-side seal, and back-seal pouches.

The machine delivers a fully automatic workflow: a ram press feeder conveys and feeds the material, film is automatically fed, bags are formed automatically, followed by high-precision metered filling, sealing, and cutting — all integrated into one continuous process. An optional inkjet coder can be added for batch number printing and other coding requirements.

The system adopts an advanced PLC programmable controller and servo drive system. All packaging parameters and adjustment settings are displayed and operated on the touch screen. A photoelectric sensor ensures perfect bag shape. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with movable casters for easy layout adjustment, and the stable servo motor ensures low noise, simple maintenance, and a long service life.
