The US Style II dispensing syringe is the New American Series evolution of the single-component dispensing barrel. It stores and meters low- to medium-viscosity adhesives, sealants, solder paste, thermal gel, inks and industrial fluids through a selected needle under controlled air pressure. The series targets the four issues that most often disrupt a dispensing line: inconsistent shot size, post-shot dripping and backflow, barrel cracking or bursting under pressure, and light-induced premature curing. With a complete capacity, color and accessory matrix built to US Style II dimensions, it standardizes consumables across manual, semi-automatic and automated dispensing operations.

How It Works

A matched plunger sits inside the precision-finished PP barrel and advances as regulated air enters through the rear cap. On US Style II barrels the rear cap is a multi-layer metal threaded unit, so when the front needle outlet becomes blocked the cap—not the thin barrel wall—absorbs the pressure spike, preventing rupture. Material is pushed smoothly toward the threaded luer-lock outlet, where an adapter needle, 1/8″ air fitting or 1/4″ air/needle adapter locks in place. When air stops, the tight plunger-to-bore seal delivers a clean suck-back effect that ends the bead sharply and stops fluid backflow and trailing drips.
