Working Principle
The WEFILL-CAR-AB-F005-490-10-1 semi-automatic dual cartridge filling machine is designed for efficient and precise filling of two-component adhesives into 490ml (10:1 ratio) dual cartridges.
Operation Process:
Material Loading – A standard 5-gallon (approximately 20 kg) pail of adhesive is placed onto the platen base.
Material Feeding – The platen presses down and feeds the adhesive material directly to the adhesive pump, ensuring a smooth and consistent supply.
Ratio Control & Metering – A servo motor drives the metering pump in a synchronized manner to precisely control the mixing ratio and delivery volume of the two adhesive components.
