【Working Principle & Core Performance】
Operators begin by placing a standard 5-gallon (20L) pail of adhesive material directly onto the platen base. The platen press then transfers the material to a precision gear pump (or Screw Pump/piston pump). Driven by a servo motor and working in conjunction with a metering pump, the system precisely controls the material ratio and flow rate, ensuring consistent 10:1 filling accuracy with every cycle. The adhesive is then injected into the cartridge through an integrated automatic clamping mechanism.
During the filling process, the system automatically engages the cartridge clamping mechanism to inject adhesive from the rear end of the cartridge. A standout feature is the rear-mounted automatic lifting device, which enables independent loading and unloading of 50ml 10:1 cartridges. This design drastically reduces manual intervention, accelerates batch changeovers, and boosts overall production efficiency—making it a perfect fit for workshops aiming to streamline 2K adhesive filling and capping into one seamless workflow.
