WEFILL-CAR-AB-SBF005 Semi-Automatic 2K Adhesive Syringe Cartridge Filling & Capping Machine is a high-precision filling solution engineered specifically for 25ml 1:1,50ml 10:1,50ml 1:1,75ml 10:1 dual-component (2K) syringe cartridges(With a pull rod or a cap without a vent). Built to handle high-viscosity liquid adhesives—including epoxy resins, polyurethanes, acrylics, 3M adhesives, PU adhesives, AB adhesives, and stone slab adhesives—this compact semi-automatic system delivers accurate, bubble-free filling and capping. 【Working Principle & Core Performance】
Operators begin by placing a standard 5-gallon (20L) pail of adhesive material directly onto the platen base. The platen press then transfers the material to a precision gear pump (or Screw Pump/piston pump). Driven by a servo motor and working in conjunction with a metering pump, the system precisely controls the material ratio and flow rate, ensuring consistent 10:1 or 1:1 filling accuracy with every cycle. The adhesive is then injected into the cartridge through an integrated automatic clamping mechanism.
Upon reaching the pump outlet, the adhesive is transferred to the cartridge filling station, where an integrated automatic clamping mechanism securely holds the empty syringe or cartridge in place. The machine then injects the adhesive through a specially upgraded small-bore reverse-filling system. Unlike conventional top-fill methods, this system pushes the material backward from the front end of the cartridge, progressively filling the 25ml 50ml 1:1(or 10:1 50ml 75ml) packaging cartridge from the bottom up. This reverse-filling approach effectively minimizes air entrapment and void formation, ensuring bubble-free, void-free finished cartridges with consistent fill density and enhanced product reliability.
