Using an innovative pressure-disc feeding system combined with reverse-push metered filling technology, the machine utilizes the natural viscosity and pressure characteristics of the adhesive to achieve stable material transfer from the original container to the metering unit. This design ensures smooth feeding performance while reducing material waste and improving filling consistency.
Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the metering pump continuously generates controlled pressure to deliver adhesive into cartridges through the wide-mouth filling port. The servo-driven system works in synchronization with the precision metering pump, providing accurate A/B ratio control, consistent dispensing volume, and stable material output.
