The WEFILL-SYR-F001 Semi-Automatic Syringe Adhesive Filling & Capping Machine is specially developed for precise filling and packaging of low-viscosity syringe adhesives, including UV adhesives, epoxy resins, silicone, grease, ink, flux, cockroach bait, etc.. Designed for industrial adhesive cartridge production, this machine provides accurate control, stable dispensing performance, and reliable capping results.
Equipped with independent 304 stainless steel material tanks, precision metering pumps, pneumatic material conveying system, injection valves, and automatic syringe positioning devices, the machine ensures smooth, balanced, and bubble-free adhesive filling. The material tanks can be upgraded to 316 stainless steel for applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance. Optional high/low liquid level alarms allow real-time monitoring of adhesive levels for continuous and stable production.
With an adjustable filling range of 10ml to 50ml and ±1% metering accuracy, Filling volumes can also be customized to 10 ml, 250 ml, 400 ml, 490 ml, 600 ml, 800 ml–1,500 ml, and so on.the WEFILL-SYR-F001 delivers consistent adhesive ratios while minimizing material waste. The machine adopts a large-mouth pre-filling process followed by automatic capping, ensuring efficient filling, reliable sealing, and improved production quality.
The integrated HMI touchscreen control system enables easy adjustment of filling volume, dispensing speed, and operating parameters. When filling 10ml cartridges, the machine can achieve an output of up to 1,200 cartridges per hour, requiring only one operator for efficient production.
