Working Principle
Cartridge Loading & Positioning-Dual‑component cartridge tubes are automatically supplied via conveyor or vibration feeder, then accurately seated onto turntable fixtures.
Proportional AB Filling-The dual‑channel metering system dispenses A and B materials into respective cartridge chambers strictly following the preset mixing ratio.
Piston Insertion & Sealing-Pistons are pressed into cartridge bodies to close the rear end of chambers and avoid adhesive leakage.
Automatic Capping-Upon request, an integrated capping unit fits end caps onto filled cartridge nozzles.
Finished‑part Discharge-Completed filled cartridges are transferred to the collection zone by manipulator or output conveyor.

The WEFILL-CAR-AB-FAF025 Fully-Automatic AB Adhesive Filling & Capping Machine is specially developed for precise filling and packaging of 0-30,000 cps viscosity two-component adhesives, including epoxy resin, polyurethane (PU), acrylic adhesives, 3M adhesives, AB glue, and stone panel adhesives. Designed for industrial adhesive cartridge production, this machine provides accurate A/B ratio control, stable dispensing performance, and reliable capping results.
Equipped with independent A/B 304 stainless steel material tanks, precision metering pumps, pneumatic material conveying system, injection valves, and automatic cartridge positioning devices, the machine ensures smooth, balanced, and bubble-free adhesive filling. The material tanks can be upgraded to 316 stainless steel for applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance. Optional high/low liquid level alarms allow real-time monitoring of adhesive levels for continuous and stable production.
With an adjustable filling range of 50ml and 75ml and ±1% metering accuracy, F.the WEFILL-CAR-AB-FAF025 delivers consistent adhesive ratios while minimizing material waste.
